Responsibilities:

  1. Working with the steering committee and a technical team that has been formed in the Minimum Service Standard in districts.
  2. Undertake training, workshop and overall advisory of local staff in implementing a Minimum Service Standard in each district using research instruments and field procedures designed by the central Operational Management Team (OMT) and District Advisory Team leaders. They will also help organize, manage and supervise data entry, processing and tabulation of survey results using software provided by the OMT and assist in communicating these results to the relevant district level officials;
  3. Take the lead in undertaking a series of site visits in individual schools to observe practices and collect additional qualitative information from stakeholder.

  4. Upon completion of work, prepare a brief report summarizing the operation and findings of the MSS Status Quo Assessment and ensure that all relevant documentation is transmitted to the relevant District Advisory and Operational Management Team personnel.
